The foundation of Moratti’s mastery was laid through an exceptional education, meticulously curated by his father, Alessandro Mocenigo Morattii. Recognizing his son's innate sensitivity, Alessandro sought to ground Francesco's talent in the rigorous humanist traditions of the time. This pursuit led Moratti to the studio of Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, the titan of Venetian Baroque painting.
