piotr lutyński is a polish artist born in tychy, poland in 1962. he studied at the silesian university in cieszyn and currently lives and works in krakow, poland. his work often combines painting with live music and living animals, creating unique installations that juxtapose geometric abstraction with raw organic matter. lutyński's art can be seen as a compilation of opposites, introducing live animals into sterile environments to create favorable conditions for them. he has exhibited his works in various museums and galleries in poland, including the national museum in krakow, lesser poland modern art museum foundation bunkier sztuki in krakow, starmach gallery, krakow, foksal gallery in warsaw, upper silesian museum in bytom, podlasie society of fine arts zacheta in bialystok, and the museum in szamotuly. his works are also part of private collections both in poland and abroad.
